If you have ever been to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital you definitely will see little red wagons. These are used to transport children from appointment to appointment. When FUNraisers for St Jude was coming to life we all wanted to have the red wagon in our logo somehow. With input from our team a graphic artist created our logo. We wanted it to be bright and colorful. The colors represent different types of childhood cancers. The colors also represent life and hope. St Jude Children’s Research Hospital gives patients and families that opportunity.

We have a passion for helping families through a difficult time. We are doing good things here.

Several years ago, we signed up to do the St Jude Memphis Marathon. Once you run through the campus of St Jude and see all the children (patients included) cheering you on it is life changing. When both my husband and I got back to the hotel room all we could do was talk about St Jude and things we could do to raise money to help save children’s lives.

We began planning that day. A month later we were at the Houston marathon and noticed the difference in a race with a purpose and just a race. From then on, we have been working on that purpose. Right now, 20% of children with cancer will lose their battle.

Our goal is that it becomes 0% in our lifetime. 

Why we do what we do:

Friends who came together to raise money and awareness to help end childhood cancer.

We would love for more people with the same purpose join our team to kick cancer’s butt. 

All proceeds from money that the Funraisers collect goes to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital or directly to a St Jude patient with a need.
